You can see a piece of nature incorporated into this picture. For this painting, I decided to add pigments I collected outside. It is quite inspiring to me to go outdoors to search for various organic elements I can utilize when painting. Anything from beach sand to woodland dirt to seashells can be used as materials. This work of art was created on canvas using a variety of media, including acrylic paint and pigments made from sand, shells and soil. It is sprayed with gloss varnish spray for shine and protection.
