This piece of art has been given the title ‘Zwicky’ after the blue galaxy cluster: I Zwicky 18. The galaxy was discovered by Swiss-American astronomer Fritz Zwicky. It is made with acrylic paints, glow-in-the-dark paints, and shimmer on canvas. It has an epoxy resin surface that gives it a shiny, glass-like appearance.
